BOOKING/DEPOSIT POLICY

Upon receiving your completed form, I'll review your request and promptly contact you via email to discuss available dates and provide any further details.

To secure your appointment, you will need to provide a deposit within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in the slot being offered to another client.

THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL COST OF YOUR TATTOO.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The deposit amount will be discussed during the inquiry process.

Once paid, deposits cannot be transferred to another artist in the shop or to another client.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule at any time, make sure to do so 48 hours in advance. I will offer any available dates. However, we can only allow for rescheduling twice; after the third request to reschedule, you must come to the next appointment or forfeit the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, you must contact me or call the studio at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your session. Please be sure to reach out via email, phone, or a Direct Messages on instagram (@pau.kal)

Failure to contact us in a timely manner may result in the loss of your deposit and/or the inability to book a future appointment.

It you do not come in for your scheduled session and do not notify the shop that you will not be coming (No Call No Show), you will forfeit your deposit and may not be considered for a new session.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Any work completed within the time slot of your session is included in the overall cost. This may include one single tattoo or multiple. To be fair to all clients booked on the day of your session, tattoo work will stop prior to the time listed. Each session includes the set-up, stenciling of the tattoo, and the breakdown and wrapping of your tattoo.

I do not work with any numbing creams, including any you may personally own. If you arrive with numbing products already applied, you will forfeit your session and will be rescheduled according to the policy stated above.

MINOR POLICY

In the state of Florida, we legally cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 16. For minors aged 16 and 17, we must have a notarized consent form (either provided by us or from the health site), the presence of the parent/legal guardian who completed the form, and a government issued photo ID for both the parent/legal guardian and the minor. There are no exceptions to this policy.
